Responsibilities:
• Oversee the preparation and processing of the invoicing, ensuring all billing statements are completed on a quarterly basis.
• Handle full-cycle accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger updates, and journal entries.
• Prepare and issue monthly invoices for government vehicle usage.
• Manage invoicing for government shipments, including air and other transportation methods.
• Administer claims related to long-distance and local transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution.
• Carry out revenue distribution tasks and ensure funds are allocated correctly.
• Provide support for diverse accounting activities and assist with day-to-day financial operations as needed.
