We are seeking a detail‑oriented, client‑focused Senior Staff Accountant who is ready to grow their career in tax and advisory services. You’re confident in your technical skills, curious by nature, and enjoy helping clients (and teammates) solve complex problems with thoughtful, practical solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Assisting with corporate planning, reorganizations and related tax elections
- Supporting tax and estate planning engagements for owner‑managed businesses
- Researching complex tax issues and drafting technical memoranda
- Preparing and reviewing corporate, personal, trust, and partnership tax returns
- Working closely with Managers and Partners on tax planning initiatives
- Providing tax support and guidance to Assurance team members
- Building strong client relationships through proactive communication and trusted advice
- Continuing to expand your technical tax knowledge and advisory experience
- Interesting work that goes beyond compliance. Work on complex tax engagements including reorganizations, estate planning, and advisory projects that challenge you and expand your expertise.
- Learn from experienced tax leaders. Collaborate closely with Managers and Partners who are invested in mentoring, coaching, and helping you grow your technical skills.

- 2+ years of tax experience in public accounting
- Hands‑on experience with tax planning, reorganizations, estate planning, or tax research
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Confidence navigating complex tax issues and communicating solutions clearly
- A collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge with teammates
- Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to continue developing your tax expertise
- A client‑first mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships
