Position: Controller for Manufacturing Company
Lead financial excellence as a Controller in a growing manufacturing company. This role involves full-cycle accounting, managing reports, and ensuring compliance with inventory standards.

This Controller position reports directly to the CEO and entails taking charge of accounting processes across the organization. With over seven years of accounting experience, you will lead the monthly financial close, ensure audit-ready documentation, and mentor a bookkeeper. Your expertise in inventory accounting and ERP systems will guide improvements in cost accuracy and operational alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle accounting including GL, AR, and AP

• Lead timely monthly financial close processes

• Prepare lender reporting packages and support covenant calculations

• Maintain audit-ready documentation and internal controls

• Manage and mentor the bookkeeping team

Requirements:

• Experience as Controller or Senior Accounting Manager

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong inventory accounting and costing knowledge

• Proficiency in ERP systems

• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
