In this vital role, you will support financial integrity, enhance reporting quality, and act as a strategic partner to Property Operations. Your responsibilities include preparing income statements, leading quarter and year-end processes, and maintaining the general ledger for classification integrity. Accurate reporting will directly influence decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quarterly and annual income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

• Lead quarter-end and year-end close processes for financial data accuracy

• Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts for transaction classification

• Prepare working papers meeting audit-ready standards

• Oversee property tax filings and ensure compliance with lease agreements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

• CPA designation preferred

• Strong technical accounting knowledge and full cycle experience

• Ability to mentor junior team members

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset
