Position: Accounting Clerk for Financial Management

As an Accounting Clerk with at least two years of experience, you will manage accounts payable and receivable while working closely with various departments. You’ll be responsible for handling payroll and producing financial statements, ensuring all records are meticulously kept and readily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable through bookkeeping software

• Record and reconcile cash, checks, and vouchers

• Process payroll and prepare invoices efficiently

• Generate reports for profit and loss, and balance sheets

• Keep management updated with clear presentations and reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience

• High school diploma required; preferred coursework in accounting

• Competency with MS Office and accounting software

• Strong attention to detail and communication abilities

• High level of integrity with financial records
