Position: Property Accountant/Bookkeeper Role

As a Property Accountant/Bookkeeper, you will leverage five years of property management experience to manage comprehensive financial activities. Your responsibilities include preparing accurate financial statements and monitoring rental income and expenses. Detailed reconciliations and budget analyses are also key elements of this crucial role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle accounting for assigned properties

• Prepare precise monthly and quarterly financial statements

• Track detailed records of income and expenses

• Conduct timely bank and balance sheet reconciliations

• Assist in preparing annual budgets with variance analysis

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum five years of relevant property accounting experience

• Three years utilizing Yardi for accounting functions

• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems

• Strong analytical and communication abilities
