• Managing assurance and accounting engagements, including the relevant tax filings, with dedicated resources including paperless office infrastructure.
• Supervising and mentoring junior staff on assurance and accounting engagements.
• Identifying and resolving assurance and accounting engagement issues.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Providing insights and advice to clients to support their business goals.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of best practices within the team.
• Supporting business development activities to attract new clients and expand service offerings.

• Progressive Accounting
  
  Experience:
  
  A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in public accounting, coupled with the successful completion of CPA exams.
• CPA Designation:
  Possession of a CPA designation, or active progress toward fulfilling the required hours for certification.
• Management Proficiency:
  Experience in managing audit and assurance engagements and leading teams.
• Client‑Centric Approach:
  Demonstrated ability to provide value‑added services to clients, with a strong commitment to their success.
• ASPE Knowledge:
  Proficiency in Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE) requirements is necessary.
• Software Competence:
  Experience with Caseware and Taxprep software is highly desirable.
• Deadline‑Oriented:
  Strong understanding of a client‑focused environment, awareness of related deadlines, and the capability to consistently meet them.
• Confidentiality and Discretion:
  Sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive matters.
• Communication

  Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities.
