Cost Control Assistant at Capital Crossing

Become a key part of the Alexandra Bridge Project with Capital Crossing Constructors as a Cost Control Assistant. This role focuses on monitoring project costs and requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

The Cost Control Assistant supports the Cost Control team under the supervision of the Cost Control Manager. This position demands collaboration with project managers, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate cost reporting and budgeting. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in cost control and knowledge of project financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare weekly and monthly project cost reports

• Maintain project budgets and actuals in cost management systems

• Verify cost codes for expenditures and revenues

• Review invoices for coding accuracy

• Track project financial data and identify inconsistencies

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or similar

• 2–3 years experience in cost control or project accounting

• Understanding of budgeting and forecasting principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis

• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
