Key Responsibilities:

• Code and process vendor invoices for high volume AP

• Prepare and manage payment schedules, including urgent needs

• Process employee cash advances and monitor AR aging

• Conduct reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts

• Ensure accuracy with journal entries during month-end close

Requirements:

• 3+ years in full-cycle Accounting or equivalent experience

• Post-secondary degree in Business Administration

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and organization

• Collaborative spirit and critical thinking abilities
