Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare construction project budgets and draw applications

• Manage invoices, ensuring compliance and reconciliation

• Conduct account reconciliations and maintain accurate records

• Support audit preparation and documentation

• Generate financial reports and analyses as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3-5 years of project accounting experience

• Expertise in accounting software, including Quick Books

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills

• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and dynamic conditions
