Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly construction draw preparation and submissions

• Compile and maintain budget and financial reports

• Process invoices, match POs, and resolve discrepancies

• Support accounts payable and receivable functions

• Assist with month-end close activities and reconciliations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in finance/accounting

• 3-4 years of project accounting experience

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with analytical skills
