• Verify coding and approvals prior to invoice processing

• Reconcile outstanding vendor items and statements

• Maintain organized electronic filing and accounts payable records

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in an Accounts Payable role

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Relevant diploma in Accounting or Finance preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is essential
