• Direct general accounting functions and daily activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of lease accounting

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with YARDI is advantageous
