Position: Transformational Controller at Solink
Step into a transformational role as Controller at Solink, working remotely from anywhere in Canada. This unique position requires a visionary approach to scaling accounting functions during rapid growth.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will challenge you to architect and implement scalable accounting processes essential for future milestones. You’ll have the responsibility of leading a Net Suite reimplementation while driving cross-functional alignment and ensuring compliance with international standards. This is not just a traditional Controller job; it's a leadership pathway towards broader finance roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and scale accounting functions for hyper-growth

• Lead the reimplementation of core finance systems

• Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 and prepare for 18

• Develop global revenue recognition frameworks

• Design organizational structure for accounting excellence

Requirements:

• 10–15+ years in senior accounting/finance roles

• Proven experience in high-growth environments

• Expertise in ERP systems, preferably Net Suite

• Strong understanding of IFRS and multi-jurisdictional tax

• High-performing team management experience
