Flipp is seeking a detail-oriented Global Accounting Manager to oversee essential accounting operations and financial reporting. In this pivotal position, you will coordinate month-end close activities, review journal entries, and ensure compliance with global accounting policies. You will collaborate across functions, strengthen processes, and develop a high-performing team while also aiding in post-merger integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Supervise Accounting team and coordinate regular activities
• Review journal entries and account reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal policies
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances
Requirements:
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 1–2+ years of leadership experience
• CPA or equivalent designation preferred
• Knowledge of IFRS in multi-entity environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
