• Process vendor invoices with high volume accounts payable

• Prepare accurate payment schedules and manage urgent needs

• Monitor aging accounts receivable and apply payments

• Conduct bank and credit card account reconciliations

• Support month-end close ensuring accuracy in transactions

Requirements:

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent

• Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented
