Detail-Oriented Accountant at Inpho

Inpho seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to enhance our finance team.

This role offers ownership of accounts payable and accuracy in financial management in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will manage the full Accounts Payable cycle, record transactions, and support month-end close activities. Our ideal candidate has a degree in Accounting or Finance and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Critical thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software are essential to ensure accuracy and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the full Accounts Payable cycle

• Record AP transactions, bank, and credit card entries

• Complete bank and credit card reconciliations

• Prepare quarterly HST remittances

• Assist with month-end close activities

Requirements:

• University degree or college diploma in Accounting or Finance

• 1-3 years experience in Accounts Payable

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Working knowledge of accounting software

• Proficiency in Excel
