Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly and annual financial statements preparation

• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and Canadian standards

• Serve as primary resource for complex accounting transactions

• Liaise with external auditors and support audit engagements

• Collaborate with business leaders for strategic accounting decisions

Requirements:

• CPA designation required

• 10+ years progressive accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP

• Expertise in financial statement preparation

• Experience with ERP systems like Sage Intacct
