Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements

• Ensure compliance through meticulous payment request validation

• Apply judgment on the appropriateness of each payment

• Reconcile bank and suspense accounts with attention to detail

• Provide excellent customer service to resolve inquiries

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance

• 1 to 2 years of accounting or finance experience

• Solid understanding of cash flow and accounting principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related tools

• Preferred bilingualism in English and French
