In this permanent position, you will report to the Financial Controller and oversee various accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing the full accounts payable cycle, client invoices, employee expenses, and maintaining the fixed asset register.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full AP cycle with invoice verification

• Support accounts receivable for client invoices

• Review and process employee expense claims

• Assist with cash flow monitoring and bank reconciliations

• Process payroll and support year-end compliance

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in finance or accounting

• Minimum 4+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong understanding of accounting principles

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication skills
