In this critical role reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, you will manage full-cycle accounting from daily operations to annual closing processes. Your responsibilities include preparing reconciliations and ensuring accurate financial statements in line with US GAAP. Effective leadership and mentorship in the Finance team are crucial to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily accounting operations and manage intercompany transactions

• Prepare and review financial statements ensuring compliance

• Optimize internal controls for accurate reporting

• Coordinate audits and address findings proactively

• Mentor Finance team members for professional growth

Requirements:

• CPA qualification with 7-10 years of accounting experience

• Proficient in IFRS and US GAAP standards

• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

• Strong Excel proficiency and communication abilities
