Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the full AP cycle with precision

• Record bank, credit card, and AP transactions

• Conduct thorough bank and credit card reconciliations

• Prepare quarterly HST remittances on time

• Assist with month-end close activities

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance preferred

• 1-3 years experience in high-volume AP

• Commitment to accuracy and detail

• Proficient in accounting software

• Solid Excel skills
