Financial Reporting Leadership Opportunity

Shape Alto's financial reporting landscape as a Financial Reporting Manager. Lead audit coordination, financial statement preparation, and develop a critical reporting team in a hybrid work model.

As a pivotal member of Alto’s accounting team, you'll report to the Director of Corporate Accounting, driving the growth of financial disclosing and governance standards. This management position is ideal for CPA-designated individuals eager to apply both PSAS and IFRS frameworks and mentor others. You'll prepare complex accounting entries while liaising with external auditors as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycles

• Lead the preparation and detailed review of financial statements

• Conduct standards research and technical accounting analysis

• Coordinate year-end audit transitions and documentation

• Produce essential reports on major project budgeting

Requirements:

• Required CPA designation

• 7 to 10 years of financial reporting experience

• Preferable experience with PSAS and IFRS

• Audit management experience is essential

• Familiarity with project management roles in infrastructure preferred
