As the Manager, Property Accounting, you will oversee the accounting cycle for a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Your focus will be on modernizing processes, including optimizing Yardi functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the accounting process for assigned properties

• Lead the monthly and quarterly financial closes

• Ensure timely reconciliations and documentation

• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements

• Collaborate with property management on financial issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field

• Minimum five years of accounting experience in real estate

• Proven ability to manage full cycle accounting

• High attention to detail and process discipline

• Strong proficiency in Yardi is an asset
