Manager of Accounting Operations

You will oversee various accounting operations, ensuring compliance with standards while preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preparation of financial statements and account reconciliations

• Manage job costing and track variances for construction projects

• Coordinate cash flow forecasting and financing processes

• Direct payroll and employee benefits administration

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is advantageous

• At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of job costing systems and financial reporting

• Proven supervisory or management history

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
