Proactive Finance Specialist Needed

We are seeking a Finance Specialist to join a prestigious consulting firm and enhance accounting operations full-time. This role involves overseeing various financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will be instrumental in daily accounting tasks. The position is ideal for those who thrive in collaborative, small teams and take pride in their end-to-end accounting ownership. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable, client invoicing, and monitoring cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full accounts payable cycle and verifications

• Support accounts receivable processes efficiently

• Review and handle employee expense claims

• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure cash flow

• Process payroll and assist in year-end audits

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in finance/accounting required

• 4+ years of relevant experience preferred

• Solid understanding of accounting procedures

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Superior communication and interpersonal abilities
