Reporting to the Global AP and T&E Manager, you'll be part of a high-performance team focusing on the accuracy and efficiency of all AP processes.
Your role involves handling vendor invoices, ensuring compliance, and coordinating closely with internal teams for accurate accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process high volumes of vendor invoices accurately
• Execute batch payments and keep transaction records
• Collaborate with teams to resolve invoicing delays
• Conduct regular duplicate payment checks
• Audit employee expenses for adherence to company policies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
• At least 3 years of full-cycle AP experience
• Knowledgeable in Net Suite AP features
• Experience with Coupa or similar tools
• Familiar with travel and expense management software
