In this hands-on position, you will report to the Senior Accountant and take ownership of a diverse portfolio's financial management. The successful candidate is detail-oriented and process-driven, capable of navigating a fast-paced environment while delivering accurate financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle accounting for commercial property portfolios

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Oversee month-end closings and bank reconciliation processes

• Work with property management to resolve accounting issues

• Assist in annual budgeting and year-end cost reconciliations

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

• Full accounting cycle expertise is mandatory

• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Yardi knowledge is beneficial

• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability in the role
