Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee payroll information accurately

• Process payroll for new hires, terminations, and transfers

• Interpret and ensure compliance with payroll legislation

• Reconcile and remit company and union benefit liabilities

• Prepare year-end payroll reporting forms like T4s and Relevé1s

Requirements:

• Fluent in French and English, spoken and written

• Minimum two years in unionized payroll administration

• Intermediate knowledge of payroll processes and laws

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in payroll systems and Microsoft Office
