Position: Smart & Biggar Accounts Payable Expert

Smart & Biggar is in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist to join its National Finance Team. Ideal candidates should thrive in a high-volume setting with strong organizational abilities and proactive communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and enter vendor invoices efficiently

• Reconcile credit card statements to ensure accuracy

• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable for processing refunds

• Review vendor accounts and troubleshoot discrepancies

• Process various payment methods and platforms

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable

• Solid MS Office proficiency, especially in Excel

• Familiarity with Concur and/or Elite 3E is advantageous

• Capable of multitasking in a dynamic finance setting

• Strong communication skills in English;
French is preferred
