In the role of Senior Manager, you will be a vital leader at Lekadir LLP, responsible for managing assurance and accounting engagements. Your experience will play a key role in mentoring team members and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will identify opportunities for service expansion while providing clients with strategic business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage assurance engagements with dedicated resources
• Mentor and supervise team members on accounting projects
• Identify and resolve client engagement issues
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting regulations
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in public accounting
• CPA designation or in-progress certification
• Demonstrated leadership in audit and assurance
• Knowledge of ASPE standards
• Proficient in Caseware and Taxprep software
