Finance Analyst

Join Total Power Limited as a Finance Analyst where you will support the critical month-end close process and daily accounting functions. This role demands precision in journal entry preparation, reconciliations, and compliance tasks.

The Accounting Analyst works under the Controller's guidance, ensuring the financial records' integrity through journal entries and account reconciliations. This role involves effective communication with project teams, providing invaluable support in a growing organization known for its dynamic financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post journal entries and manage month-end tasks

• Reconcile subledgers and support trial balance preparation

• Process petty cash and employee expense transactions

• Help prepare schedules for year-end audits

• Leverage tools for efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

• Accounting or Finance degree/diploma required

• 1-3 years’ accounting experience; co-ops considered

• Understanding of key accounting practices

• Familiarity with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Advanced Excel skills necessary for analysis
