Step into a meaningful role as an Accounting Specialist with Dominion Dynamics in Ottawa. This position focuses on financial operations management and payroll processing in a fast-paced on-site environment.
In this role, you will oversee accounts payable and receivable while supporting payroll processes and month-end preparations. With a foundation of 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, you will collaborate closely with leadership, driving improvements in financial processes and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Run monthly payroll for employees
• Process invoices, payments, and credit reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Requirements:
• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Proficient in Canadian accounting standards
• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems
