In this position, the Senior Accountant will oversee the financial activities and compliance within the organization. Candidates should have a background in full-cycle accounting processes, including reconciliations and financial strategy.
Experience with tax reporting and compliance is advantageous, contributing to impactful financial decisions and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial reporting and compliance standards
• Prepare management-level financial reports and analyses
• Execute timely account reconciliations
• Develop and maintain internal controls and processes
• Collaborate with various teams on financial projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance mandatory
• Minimum 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA designation or equivalent experience preferred
• In-depth understanding of GAAP and ASPE
• Strong analytical abilities and initiative
