Job Title:
Business Central Consultant

Robert Half is seeking a Business Central Consultant to lead system configuration and support key finance and accounting processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and optimize Business Central / D365
, including GL, chart of accounts, financial dimensions, and core accounting setup
.

Support daily finance operations and ensure the system is structured to run the daily books efficiently and accurately
.

Partner with finance leadership to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system and process solutions.

Build and improve financial reporting capabilities to support management, operational, and executive reporting needs.

Prepare the ERP environment and reporting structure for a company approaching public company readiness
, including IFRS reporting requirements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams on integrations, testing, user training, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications:

Experience implementing or enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Strong background in general ledger, chart of accounts design, financial reporting, and accounting operations
.

Understanding of IFRS reporting and finance process requirements in a growing or pre-IPO environment.

Ability to work closely with accounting and leadership teams to improve controls, reporting, and system usability.

Experience supporting finance transformation, ERP optimization, or system readiness for scale.
