This Senior Project Accountant role requires leading the Project Accounting team while managing financial reporting and analysis for ongoing projects. You will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, producing cost and revenue variance reports, and ensuring timely financial insights for operational teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of project accountants for effective supervision

• Facilitate accurate financial reporting for project costs and revenues

• Develop project data management systems, including forecasts

• Generate variance reports for financial clarity in projects

• Collaborate across teams for detailed month-end financial reports

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of relevant accounting experience in the construction sector

• Degree/diploma in accounting or equivalent

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI knowledge is a plus

• Proven experience with various contract types in construction

• Must possess or be eligible for CISD Secret Level Clearance
