Under the direction of the Regional Accountant, you'll handle cash transactions, data entry, and credit investigations. Your proactive attitude and thoroughness will be key in ensuring compliance with internal procedures. Flexibility and attention to detail will help you manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct accurate data entry into accounting systems
• Process cash receipts and prepare daily deposits
• Reconcile cash transactions with invoices
• Issue monthly invoices and respond to customer inquiries
• Generate financial reports as needed
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Degree in accounting or related field is advantageous
• Expertise in MS Office suite required
• Strong communication skills in English
• Self-motivated and ability to meet deadlines
