As an Assistant Controller, you'll engage in comprehensive financial oversight, including managing budgets, forecasting, and payroll processing. Your responsibilities encompass accurate financial reporting, leading month-end closes, and maintaining effective financial controls. This position serves as a pathway to mastering the Controller role as you collaborate closely with senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes

• Prepare and submit accurate financial reports

• Conduct account reconciliations and address discrepancies

• Develop and uphold financial policies

• Manage payroll processes and employee financial records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related fields

• Experience in financial planning and analysis needed

• CPA designation beneficial but not required

• Proficient in accounting software and MS 365, especially Excel

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
