Temporary Accounting Specialist

As the Accounting Specialist reporting to the Global Controller, you will handle daily accounting functions, such as managing revenue accounting and overseeing accounts receivable. You will lead the preparation of key financial reports and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. Your contributions will play a crucial role in the strategic financial planning and foresight of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report recurring revenue and contracts

• Manage invoicing and collections for revenue contracts

• Prepare and compile quarterly financial statements

• Reconcile allocations and intercompany accounts

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance necessary

• Preference for CPA designation or in-process

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

• Comfortable navigating competing priorities
