Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk

Manage healthcare accounts payable at Arnprior Regional Health as a part-time Clerk, applying invoice coding and Excel skills across multiple sites.

Reporting to the Manager of Finance, this 0.6 FTE Accounts Payable Clerk supports ARH, its facilities, Community Programs, and ARH Foundation. The position requires accurate invoice processing, cost-centre allocation, computerized accounting, and strong communication. You will maintain financial records while supporting established payment procedures.

• Verify invoices against delivery and service documentation
• Code expenses using the MIS chart of accounts
• Process payments, cheques, and Electronic Fund Transfers
• Maintain accounts payable files and transaction histories
• Prepare and submit HST rebates for facilities

• Recognized accounting diploma or equivalent
• Three to five years of accounts payable experience
• Computerized accounting software experience, including Meditech
• Strong Excel proficiency and Microsoft Office experience
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
