As Senior Accounts Receivable Technician, you run the day-to-day of that function. Invoices go out accurately and on time, payments come in and are posted where they belong, the ledger reconciles, and clients with an outstanding balance hear from us in the right tone at the right moment. You are the person who makes all of that happen, consistently.

It is a hands-on seat. You lead a team of AR clerks, set their priorities, review their work and grow their skills. You own the collections calendar and the aging report, resolve billing disputes before they harden, and produce the reporting Finance leadership relies on to read the health of receivables.

You also carry a mandate to leave the function better than you found it: tighter processes, clearer credit procedures, and more of the manual work handed over to Net Suite and automation. Days Sales Outstanding is the number that tells us whether it is working.

You will work closely with Finance, Agents, Talent Management and Operations, and directly with the finance contacts on the client side. We are looking for someone with solid accounting fundamentals, a steady hand with people on both sides of the invoice, and the discipline to run a tight, reliable operation.

Operations Quarterback: You own the daily running of the AR department, from invoicing and collections to cash application, reconciliations and record-keeping, done accurately and on schedule.

Collections Driver: You keep outstanding balances moving through reminders, follow-ups and direct conversations with clients, bringing DSO down and keeping delinquencies rare.
