Lead assurance engagements as an Assurance and Accounting Manager with MNP, applying audit expertise and financial reporting knowledge to client needs.
This Manager role supports MNP’s Assurance & Accounting team serving clients across a changing business and financial reporting landscape. You will provide tailored financial information, manage client portfolios, and guide engagement teams. The position requires CPA designation, public accounting experience, and strong leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead client-facing teams through audits and compliance tax engagements
- Deliver audit and assurance expertise through reports and presentations
- Manage client portfolios, risks, relationships, and account development
- Plan engagements, schedules, budgets, billing, and collections
- Coach team members through feedback and performance reviews
- CPA designation
- Four to six years of relevant public accounting experience
- Strong business, accounting, management, and practice development understanding
- Proven people management, relationship-building, and leadership skills
- Flexibility to travel as necessary
