Drive accurate invoice processing and AP automation as an Accounts Payable Analyst working remotely. Apply ERP knowledge and advanced Microsoft Excel skills daily.
Supporting Shared Services, this analyst processes invoices, vendor payments, reconciliations, and exceptions. The work spans Finance, Procurement, Operations, and suppliers while strengthening controls and continuous improvement. You will also contribute to automation and AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Process PO and non-PO invoices under AP policies
- Resolve matching, coding, tax, receiving, and payment exceptions
- Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on aged items
- Prepare vendor payments and identify potential processing risks
- Support automation testing, validation, and implementation activities
- Three to five years of Accounts Payable experience
- Strong Procure-to-Pay process and financial controls knowledge
- Strong ERP knowledge and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis capabilities
- Comfort with automation, AI-enabled tools, and digital processes
