Become a Tax Expert at Intuit, where you will assist customers with their tax preparation using Intuit Turbo Tax products. This full-time virtual role combines expertise in tax law and customer interaction through state-of-the-art video communication software.

As a Tax Expert, you will use your 2+ years of professional tax preparation experience to guide clients in completing their taxes. Your responsibilities include reviewing personal tax returns, managing inquiries about our products, and utilizing various resources to provide clear answers for our customers. Excelling in this role will directly contribute to our mission of Powering Prosperity Around the World.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with tax preparation using Intuit Turbo Tax

• Provide tax guidance and review personal tax returns

• Utilize government websites for accurate information

• Document customer interactions in our system

• Engage with clients through video communication tools

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of paid tax preparation experience

• CRA RepID required for onboarding

• Proficient in professional tax software

• Bilingual in English and French

• Strong customer service and communication skills
