This Bookkeeper maintains accurate financial records through manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. The position requires College or CEGEP education and English communication. You will manage ledgers, accounts, reports, and reconciliations while supporting financial reporting. Accuracy, reliability, and client focus are important.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and balance accounts using bookkeeping systems
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries and prepare trial balances
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with financial and accounting reports
- College or CEGEP education
- Three to five years of experience
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of Sage Accounting Software
- Accuracy, dependability, and reliable work habits
