Senior Accounts Payable Administrator

Husky Technologies seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator with full-cycle expertise for an on-site position in Bolton, Ontario.

Reporting to the Shared Services AP Manager, you will support a fully automated accounts payable team. The work covers invoices, vendor accounts, corporate credit cards, and travel expenses. Strong communication supports relationships with global stakeholders.

• Perform accounts payable duties according to company policies
• Resolve three-way match issues and validate invoice details
• Reconcile vendor statements and related monthly transactions
• Manage the corporate credit card and expense systems
• Address accounts payable inquiries through the AP Help Desk

• Five or more years of accounts payable experience
• Experience with shared services, global regions, and multiple currencies
• Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience
• Three-way matching and large ERP system experience
• Post-secondary accounting education or relevant experience
