Financial Operations Accounting Manager

This Accounting Manager oversees the company’s accounting systems and financial reporting. You will support changing business needs through ad hoc reporting and guide operational decisions. The position connects finance with operations and sales on efficiency, pricing, costing, and margins.

• Prepare monthly financial statements and budget performance reports
• Analyze operating results for each department
• Improve processes affecting customer quality and operating efficiency
• Work with sales on product pricing, costing, and margins
• Support system and project selections from finance and control perspectives

• Minimum five years’ progressive accounting experience
• CPA designation and relevant post-secondary education
• Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and applications
• Experience with external audit firms and audit oversight
• Strong project management, analysis, and organizational skills
