Accounts Payable Receivable Accountant

The Accountant reports to the Director, Finance and Administration at a boutique Canadian consulting firm. The position supports company staff and consultants through daily finance and administrative work. Responsibilities span revenue and expense booking, client invoicing, account analysis, reporting, travel coordination, and security clearance administration.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Book company expenses and revenue transactions
• Prepare client invoices and follow up on timesheets
• Perform account, project, and productivity analysis
• Coordinate employee travel and general administration

• Post-secondary finance or accounting education
• At least three years of progressive accounting experience
• Secret Level Security Clearance or ability to obtain
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Independent self-starter with trustworthy, loyal qualities
