Maxio billing expertise meets revenue accounting leadership in this remote Canada position, focused on reconciliation, tax compliance, and process design.
Readymode seeks a full-time, permanent Revenue & Billing Manager for Finance. Reporting to the Controller, you will manage two Billing Specialists and enhance Maxio Advanced Billing. The role covers billing operations, accounts receivable, revenue accounting, tax compliance, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:- Own invoice runs, exceptions, adjustments, and end-to-end billing cycles
- Lead two Billing Specialists through Finance transition
- Reconcile orders, payments, revenue subledgers, and general ledger
- Manage collections, dunning, cash application, and AR reporting
- Administer Maxio and coordinate Avalara configuration
- Five to seven or more years in billing or revenue leadership
- Subscription revenue recognition and deferred revenue experience
- Hands-on subscription billing platform implementation or administration
- Experience building AR and collections functions
- Advanced Excel and strong reconciliation discipline
Lead Maxio billing, revenue accounting, AR controls, and tax processes for Readymode from anywhere in Canada.
