Senior SR&ED Tax Consultant CPA

Apply Canadian corporate taxation and SR&ED expertise as a remote Senior Tax Consultant serving clients across Canada. This full-time position requires a CPA.

Zero To One Strategic seeks an experienced CPA to prepare SR&ED tax credit claims and support CRA reviews. You will identify eligible research and development expenditures, develop costing models, and document financial calculations. Strong public practice experience, Tax Prep proficiency, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are central to this client-facing consulting work.

• Develop costing models with clients’ financial and technical teams
• Assess operations, records, and processes for eligible SR&ED costs
• Prepare financial calculations and supporting claim schedules
• Prepare and review SR&ED schedules using Tax Prep
• Support clients through CRA reviews and information requests

• CPA designation in good standing
• At least five years of public accounting practice experience
• Strong Canadian corporate taxation and T2 preparation knowledge
• Tax Prep/iFirm proficiency and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements independently
